Duties & Responsibilities:
Lincoln International is seeking an office coordinator to join its rapidly growing team in Stockholm. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. Based in Stockholm, the office coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for guests in Lincoln International’s Stockholm Office. To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organizational skills, be team focused, and be service minded. In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end.
Your Role
What we are looking for:
  • Serve as main point of contact for guests - Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  • Manage and monitor room calendars for upcoming meetings; assist with setting up required resources and other services, such as catering, in support of smooth and efficient meeting facilitation
  • Maintain a clean office environment
  • Responsible for mail/package coordination and delivery
  • Refresh refrigerators in conference rooms and stock kitchen condiments, as needed
  • Expense processing 
  • Gain proficiency in Salesforce to perform basic administrative tasks
  • Assist Office Manager with planning and executing internal and external events
  • Assist IT team with setup of IT equipment / workstations, include troubleshooting when needed
  • Main contact with vendors 
  • Calendar management 
  • Travel/Hotel/Meeting bookings 
  • Ad-hoc projects and administrative responsibilities as required

  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language
