• Strong interest in M&A
• Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
• Excellent analytical, communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong ability to work in teams combined with a good sense of humor
• Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials
• Native speaking level in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory, other European languages would be a plus
• Graduating in 2024 from a Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting in a top-tier university
