In 2023, Lincoln International successfully advised on 300+ transactions worldwide and in the last 3 years, we have completed more than 150 + Capital Advisory transactions. In 2023 we had a Record performance of our global Capital Advisory Group by providing creative and alternative financing solutions to clients in order to secure capital for investments, staving off defaults, restructuring businesses and navigating distressed situations and bankruptcies, and developing structured capital solutions.
To support our well-established and still expanding team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a driven, experienced Analyst or Associate with a personality. Responsibilities at Lincoln International are often more entrepreneurial than at other firms providing self-motivated individuals with many opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing platform. Successful Analysts are assertive, motivated self-starters with the desire and potential to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Your role:
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support client engagements
- Support senior team members within the Capital Advisory Group (CAG) in Frankfurt in executing debt financing transactions (acquisition financing, refinancing and recapitalisation deals)
- Prepare marketing documents and pitches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both across Europe within the CAG team as well as local M&A teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Attend client meetings and participate in discussions
- Interact with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
- Leading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value
